The United Way of Marion County team is dedicated to addressing our communities' greatest needs and developing a shared purpose between our programs, other local non-profits, business, and volunteers. We value excellence, integrity, stewardship, leadership, collaboration, and impactful results.

The work we do is serious; our goals have high stakes. We meet people at really heartbreaking points in their lives. But, we know that, together, we can make a difference.

We take our work seriously - not ourselves.

United Way of Marion County is a local independent organization operating under the United Way Worldwide Network – one of the world's largest privately funded charities. Serving a mission to bring local education, financial stability, and health resources to our neighbors, United Way of Marion County leads five community impact programs: Community Partnership Schools™, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Success by Six, ReadingPals, and Strong Families. Additionally, 24 local non-profits receive funding from United Way of Marion County's Community Impact Fund.

United Way of Marion County is the mission of choice for more than 500 Volunteers, 4000 donors, and 150 corporate partners.
