Boys & Girls Club of Marion County:
Triple Play Sports Fitness & Recreation
Improves overall health of Club members, ages 6-18, by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.
Creative Services:
Crisis Intervention
Provides 24-hour crisis intervention, safety planning, crisis counseling, and safe shelter for domestic violence victims to prevent further domestic violence and murder/suicide.
Heart of Florida Health Center:
Pediatric Dental Program
Provides family-centered dental care and oral health education to primarily low-income children in Marion County.
His House for Her:
Targeted Case Management Program
Recovery education is linked to mental/behavioral therapy and oral health education to primarily low-income children in Marion County.
Kimberly's Center for Child Protection:
Child Abuse Prevention
Provides youth with internet safety knowledge and teaches them to identify unsafe situations to reduce/prevent unintentional injuries.
Therapeutic Counseling & Advocacy
Provides highly specialized services in an all-in-one, child-friendly environment to minimize trauma after an allegation of child abuse.
Marion Senior Services:
Meals on Wheels
Provides meals, nutrition education, and risk screening for senior Marion County citizens and their spouses and encourages socialization and better health.
The Pearl Project:
Healing Homes
Provides counseling and therapeutic sessions to teach children pro-social behaviors and problem-solving skills and provides caregivers with training and self-worth sessions.
SMA Healthcare:
Amnesty Program
Offers prescribed substance abuse treatment services and coordinate other health and human services.
Transition Life Center & Community:
TLC Navigator Program
Supports Marion County families and caregivers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
